Working with Children Solutions

Working with children is often a very rewarding experience. The joy on their faces as they have fun, meet new friends or learn a new skill is aways a special moment.

Behind the scenes of running the activity groups, there are a lot of rules and regulations that need to be followed in order to ensure both your safety and the safety of the children in your care. I have over 25 years of experience in working with young children, and I am dedicated to making sure that I can share my knowledge with others.

Safe Recruitment

It is vitally important when working with children and young adults that you use safe recruitment proesses. They help ensure that only suitable, qualified, and trustworthy individuals are hired for those roles.

One aspect of recruiting requires a DBS check to be carried out for anyone you are intending to employ or use as a volunteer. Find out more about my DBS and ID checking services by pressing the button below.

References

Another important part of safe recruitment is ensuring that you check the references of those candidates that you are going to employ/use as a volunteer. To save you valuable time, I can contact the reference providers on your behalf (and chase up no responses) so that you can focus more on the content of the reference.

Gymnastics Clubs

As an experienced welfare officer for a British Gymnastics registered club, I can offer a range of services that allow you to spend more time working with the children and less time on time-consuming tasks.

Parent & Child Groups

Running an activity for parents and carers is a great way to spend your time. However the rules and regulations of working with children can be quite complex and time-consuming.

Whether you are a volunteer running a stay and play session, or a business owner with your own groups, I have solutions that will free up more of your valuable time.

Performing Arts Groups

My heart belongs to the performing arts (see my About Me page) and I have a passion for making sure that teachers and group leaders have more time to focus on what they do best - getting the most out of each of their students.

Uniformed Groups

I have personal experiences as a volunteer within both Girl Guiding and Scouting in the UK. I know how hard you work to make activities fun and challenging and that, as volunteers, you are already giving a lot of your time and money to your group.

I have a special offer for uniformed groups, so pop over to the page and see what I can offer for you.
